Awarded Shops in Okayama: CityHeaven 百名店 (Top 100 Shops) That Accept Foreigners

100名店 (hyakumeiten, “100 famous shops”) is an award run by the Japanese adult-entertainment portal cityheaven.net. Each year cityheaven selects 100 shops per genre (for example delivery health, soapland, health / hotel health and esthetic) that collected high ratings from its members. The current list is the 2026 edition. On this site these shops are marked “Awarded Shop”.

No. Scores and ranks come only from review averages and counts (cityheaven plus YOASOBI HEAVEN's English site). Awarded Shop (百名店) status is used only when two girls (or two shops) are exactly tied, and is shown as a badge next to the shop name.

We use every cast member with at least 10 reviews. A shop's review-weighted average rating is shrunk toward the Okayama average (4.84) as if it had 100 extra average reviews, so a handful of perfect scores can't win on their own. Score = 60% rating (4.5 → 0, 5.0 → 100) + 25% review volume (log scale, full at 10,000 reviews) + 15% number of ranked cast (log scale, full at 50). A shop needs at least 3 ranked cast to be scored. Foreign-customer reviews from YOASOBI HEAVEN's English site are added to each cast member's cityheaven reviews with equal weight and count toward the 10-review minimum.

Yes. Every shop on this site comes from YOASOBI HEAVEN, which lists shops that accept foreign customers (foreigner OK). Rules can change, so check the shop's own page before booking.
